NO WIN, NO FEE
The no-win no-fee arrangement usually simply means that you will not be required to pay a law firm’s legal fees (nor often their expenses) if you are unsuccessful in your claim.
That sort of arrangement should really only be feared if there is a concern that the firm might try to put pressure on the client to settle their case quickly and cheaply (because, for example, they have large advertising or other expenses to meet – and need the fees to meet those expenses). That is why some people have experienced difficulties – which is what can lead to poor outcomes and consequent negativity. Otherwise, it really is an arrangement which should be embraced.
